Royale Reserve Brut NV - pale gold with fine mousse, aromas of citrus and red fruits atop notes of yeasty bread. Smooth and well-structured, with a rich palate.

Reserve Millesime Brut 1999 - a big, bold nose full of spicy citrus and red pears, full of verve and stunning minerality.

Clos des Goisses 1999 - dense but fresh, great mineral character and lush creaminess. Toasty aromas give way to apples and pears, as pure luxury washes over you.

Deliciously soft and rich, with subtle vanilla hints and bags of elegance. A fine example of a fine champagne vintage.

Deep, smokey, brioche and fruit, with a gentle and appealing mousse. Very classy reserve wine.

Soft, well-structured, lemony, sophisticated and with good complexity. Special cuvee released as a tribute to the company's president Madame Duval-Leroy.

Gentle pressing of Pinot Noir gives this wine a delicate colour that matches the “eye of the partridge”. A perfect weight of fruit, developing fine biscuity characteristics as the wine matures.

Light soft and fresh, with flavours of vanilla, almond and toast, a persistent fruit finish, and good balance of acidity and richness. A champagne leveller.

Elegant, restrained, slightly spicy, finishing on a marzipan-like note. This Chardonnay based cuvee was originally reserved for the Raventos family. Commercially released to celebrate 125 years of cava making.

Extremely rich and yeasty, from one of the best producers in NZ, giving many champagnes a serious run for their money.
