A wine tasting should be a fun but inspirational experience which will hopefully open up new horizons, so all our wines are chosen with great care to reflect their particular terroir, region and style. We often select wines made by small producers, passionate about their product, with many of them employing organic, natural, and biodynamic methods of production. Some of these wines may not necessarily be readily available on the open market, but we can help you source them if you like them, and they are often at reasonable prices that will surprise you. We like to avoid the commonplace, and hunt out the unexpected and delicious.
